What is the minimum booking for hourly service?
Minimum hours depend on date, vehicle class, and itinerary. Call dispatch at (516) 595-2391 for current minimums — we will quote your block time upfront before you confirm.
Can we make unplanned stops during the block?
Yes, within the geographic scope agreed at booking. Tell your chauffeur or dispatch if the day expands — additional time may be billed in agreed increments.
Is wait time at each stop included?
Standard hourly blocks include reasonable wait time while you are at appointments. Extended waits (e.g., multi-hour events) should be discussed when booking so dispatch can plan.
When is hourly better than point-to-point?
Choose hourly when you have three or more stops, uncertain meeting lengths, or need the vehicle to stay nearby all day. Single airport or Manhattan legs are usually better as flat transfers.
Do you provide child seats?
