Can you handle multiple venues in one evening?
Yes. Provide ceremony, photo, and reception addresses with estimated durations. We assign vehicles and chauffeurs to each leg and stage backups when guest counts require.
Do you provide a coordinator on the wedding day?
Dispatch acts as your logistics contact — chauffeurs follow the timeline you approve. For complex multi-vehicle weddings, we recommend sharing your planner's contact at booking.
What is your cancellation policy for events?
Event deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at booking — policies vary by date and fleet commitment. Call dispatch for your specific event date.
Can guests book their own airport rides after the wedding?
Yes. Individual airport transfers can run on the same weekend — share flight details early so fleet availability is held.
Which vehicle fits a bridal party of eight?
