How do we open a corporate account?

Call dispatch at (516) 595-2391 or email info@calibercarservice.com with your company name, billing contact, and typical routes. We set up your account profile and confirm billing terms before the first trip.

Can multiple employees book under one account?

Yes. Travel coordinators, EAs, and authorized bookers can reserve on behalf of any traveler. Trip detail appears on your consolidated invoice with passenger names and cost centers when you provide them.

Do you support multi-stop roadshows?

Yes. As-directed hourly service works well for investor days and client visits. Share your itinerary at booking so dispatch can assign the right vehicle and build realistic timing between stops.

What vehicles do executives typically use?

Solo airport and Manhattan runs usually go in our executive sedan (Cadillac CT6 class). Teams of three to six often choose the premium SUV. Groups use the executive Sprinter with limo-style seating.

Are airport rates the same for corporate accounts?

Corporate travelers receive the same flat-rate airport pricing as individual clients, with the advantage of account billing and priority handling. JFK, LGA, EWR, and HPN are all covered.

Is gratuity included on corporate invoices?

Gratuity policy is confirmed when your account is opened. Many corporate clients prefer gratuity included for simplicity; others handle it separately — we document your preference on file.
